CANCELLATION POLICY
Please reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows are charged 100%. If you are 15+ minutes late and we cannot reach you, you may be considered a no-show. Fees are waived if you reschedule within the same week.
CONSULTATION
All full service appointments include a consultation. Color consultations are required before big transformations. Consultation fees apply toward your first full service when booked.
